I left my bike in Turin, luckily I found a bike shop near our apartment rental. It was called “Bicycle garage”, just one room on the ground floor of an apartment, full of old bikes, run by an old geezer. He charged me 2 Euros per day, I had been repared to pay 5-10 so – bargain!

The walk was organised through a holiday company (on foot Holidays) they book the accomodation, transport the luggage, you just walk from hotel to hotel. The start was 50 km away, our train left at 2 p.m. so time to do something, We went to the modern art gallery, near the station.

I didn’t get it.
There was some good stuff though, including this by Keiffer

And so to the train for an hour or two and then a taxi up into the hills.
